Coastal houses a five-minute walk from the water. All at prices that, back home (in Australia), wouldn’t get you a parking spot.

The problem was finding them. Most listings are scattered across Spanish-language portals, buried in fine print, or written in a way that makes a $20K USD house sound identical to a $2 million dollar one. So I started digging through them myself - filtering out the noise, translating the details, and keep a running list of the ones actually worth a second look.
